These terms govern use of the Ovio website and purchases made through the Ovio WooCommerce store.

About Ovio and these terms
By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the store. The legal business name, registration details, business address, monitored email, and governing jurisdiction must be inserted and legally approved before production launch.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be able to enter a binding purchase contract in your location or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login details, and activity performed through your account.
Orders
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. Ovio may accept, refuse, cancel, or limit an order because of availability, an obvious pricing or description error, payment failure, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, misuse, or another lawful reason. If a cancelled order was charged, the amount due will be returned to the original payment method.
You must provide complete billing, contact, and delivery details. Ovio is not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by inaccurate information to the extent permitted by law.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency identified by the store and may change before an order is placed. The checkout total identifies applicable product, shipping, discount, and tax amounts known at that time. Cross-border duties or import charges may be payable separately. Payments are processed by the method selected at checkout; Ovio does not store full payment-card details.
Products and website information
We take reasonable care with descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, colours, availability, and prices, but information can contain an error or become outdated. Displays, lighting, production batches, and natural materials can cause minor visual differences. Nothing on the store is medical advice, and product comfort results vary between people.
Shipping and split fulfilment
The shipping policy forms part of these terms. One order can be assigned across more than one fulfilment provider and arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates affected by destination, carrier operations, customs, and events outside Ovio’s reasonable control.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation is only possible before the relevant item has entered dispatch and is not guaranteed after processing begins. All return eligibility, approval, return shipping, inspection, and refund timing is governed by the return and refund policy.
Intellectual property
The Ovio name, website design, text, graphics, product media, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ovio and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the store for personal shopping and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, sell, or commercially exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law through the store; infringe another person’s rights; submit false or harmful content; introduce malicious code; scrape or probe the service without permission; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person; or use the store for fraud. Ovio may restrict access or cancel an account where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or legal rights.
Third-party services and links
The store depends on third-party payment, hosting, fulfilment, delivery, communications, and other services. Separate terms or privacy notices can apply when you use them. Ovio is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website merely because the store links to it.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent law allows, Ovio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from use of the store or products.
Website availability and errors
We may maintain, correct, update, suspend, or discontinue store features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. If a material error affects an order, Ovio may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected order as permitted by law.
Privacy
Ovio handles personal information as described in the privacy policy.
Changes, severability, and waiver
Ovio may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. The terms in force when an order is accepted apply to that purchase unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
Governing law and contact
Mandatory consumer law in the customer’s location continues to apply where it cannot be displaced. Ovio’s governing law and courts must be confirmed in this section before launch. Questions can be submitted through the customer-care form.
